What is Harvest's Best?
Harvest's Best is an Indonesian brand of premium frozen fruits and vegetables. We carefully select produce at its best and freeze it for the way it will actually be used — blended, plated, cooked, served, or enjoyed straight from the pack. We supply homes, cafés, restaurants, and hotels across Indonesia.
Do you add sugar or preservatives?
No. Every Harvest's Best product is 100% real produce. No added sugar. No additives. No syrups. The pack contains exactly what was harvested, prepared, and frozen — nothing more.
Is frozen produce less nutritious than fresh?
Often the opposite. We freeze produce at peak ripeness, within hours of selection, so the nutrients are preserved at the moment they were highest. Fresh produce that sits in transport and on shelves for days loses what frozen produce holds onto.
Can I cook or blend straight from the pack?
Yes. Our products are frozen for how they will be used. Drop them straight into a blender for smoothies, into a hot pan for sautés, onto a sheet pan for roasting, or thaw briefly for plating. No thawing required for most uses.
Do you supply businesses — cafés, restaurants, hotels?
Yes. We work with cafés, restaurants, hotels, and foodservice kitchens across Indonesia. Bulk packs, chef-specified cuts, and custom formats are available by request. Contact us via WhatsApp or email to discuss what your kitchen needs.
What sizes are available?
Retail packs come in 250 g, 500 g, and 1000 g. Foodservice and bulk formats are available on request — including chef-specification cuts and custom pack sizes for the kitchens that need them.
